Thee Desperado son exported to Saudi Arabia

Egyptian Arabian MS Tewfik

Congratulations to Naem Al Jahaini and the King Abdul Aziz Arabian Horse Center of Saudi Arabia on the recent purchase and exportation of The Sequel RCA‘s handsome brother MS Marsali (Thee Desperado x La Marsala). Marsali, bred by Tom and Martha Salome, is a younger full brother to our Egyptian Event Reserve Supreme Champion Stallion and up-and-coming sire The Sequel RCA.

Bruce McCrea, manager of the breeding operations of the Center, chose Marsali to breed non-Egyptian Arabian mares and bring to them the type and beauty contained in his tight pedigree. McCrea had admired The Sequel RCA for some time, and decided to purchase his younger brother, who also possesses a typey Arabian face and powerful movement like Sequel’s. While Stateside, Marsali was shown by Michael Byatt, winning a Reserve Champion Futurity title at the Egyptian Event and a Grand Champion Stallion title at a Class A show in Texas when shown by our own Luis Paniagua. We can’t wait to see Marsali’s Arabian foals next year!
