The party celebrating Mishaal HP and Emigrant at the Scottsdale Arabian Horse Show was a grand success! We were joined by Arabian breeders from all over the world and from all bloodlines to meet these Arabian stallions! Mishaal HP was presented by Frank Spoenle, who helped us find him as a young stallion in Germany. This world-famous stallion was also represented by Maali Masira RCA, one of his beautiful straight Egyptian Arabian daughters.

Arabians Ltd. is thrilled to reveal this month’s cover image of Mishaal HP in Arabian Horse World! Make sure to check out the cover article, which will profile the successes of Mishaal HP and his foals, as well as the breeding programs of Arabians Ltd. and its clients. This is Mishaal HP‘s second cover with Arabian Horse World and each one gets better! We are so proud of Mishaal HP, his accomplishments as a sire, and of the many achievements of his foals, who have been sold around the world and are themselves producing superstar straight Egyptian Arabian horses.

Congratulations to the King Abdul Aziz Arabian Horse Center of Saudi Arabia on their purchase of  Paladium (Mishaal HP x Amiri Jolie)! Paladium will be Mishaal HP‘s first foal in Saudi Arabia, and we are honored that the government’s farm will use him in their breeding program.

Paladium was bred by Carolyn Busch and was 2010 Egyptian Event Reserve Supreme Champion Stallion and Senior Champion Stallion! We wish the Center much success with this stunning Egyptian Arabian horse.

It has been a great year for Arabians Ltd. farm and breeding manager Stephane Robillard, and for our Mare Care Division! We are thrilled to announce that our first season to offer embryo transfers on farm produced 13 pregnancies. Embryo transfer utilizes a surrogate mare to carry a fertilized egg to full term.

Last fall Stephane oversaw the construction of his Embryo Transfer lab. The first embryos he flushed were sent to Weatherford Equine Medical Center, a well-known embryo transfer facility in Weatherford, Texas. After studying with Dr. Justin Ritthaler there, Stephane began to use our own young mares as recipients. It was not long before Stephane had mastered this intricate process, which requires a combination of careful science and an expertise in the art of equine breeding. Stephane has developed both over a highly successful career as a breeding manager in Canada and at Arabians Ltd., and his wife Mellisa has become an integral part of the process.
