Tanjara RCA
The Minstril x Bint Bint Soheir
1989 Chestnut Mare
If this chestnut Minstril daughter was a person, she would be the quiet, soft-spoken wallflower who everyone falls in love with. Wonderful conformation and correctness combine with beauty to create in Tanjara the epitome of a broodmare. Her personality is as endearing as her legacy is enduring, for she has produced an astounding 16 foals to date, most of whom have gone on to create their own marks on the Egyptian Arabian world.
Tanjara RCA‘s Foals
Tanjara has produced fillies who have gone on to produce extremely high-quality babies of their own, and her sons are noted sires.
Her first foal, The Messenger (by Thee Desperado), is a beautiful rare black stallion siring babies of his own.
Through her black 1994 daughter La Jolla Negro (by Thee Desperado), Tanjara is granddam to the athletic gelding Al-Bashir MD, a successful show jumper and the only straight Egyptian Arabian on the island of Puerto Rico.
Imari CC is an elegant black mare producing offspring for her owners.
Thee Asriel Salam (by Thee Desperado) is a striking chestnut broodmare and the dam of Thee Integrity (by Thee Infidel), an Egyptian Event Champion stallion who was exported to Austria.
Desperados Secret, by Thee Desperado, is a foundation mare for our friends at Paradise Arabians Ltd., and has produced a beautiful filly by Pimlico RCA, Pimlicos Daantilla, for them.
Infidels Design, Tanjara’s 1999 colt by Thee Infidel, has become a successful sire as well.
In 2002, Tanjara gave birth to Anna Bellla, a lovely bay broodmare by Pimlico RCA.
Her 2004 filly is Binte Tanjara RCA, by Pimlico RCA, and she is now a member of the Arabians Ltd. broodmare band in the grand tradition of her dam!
Her 2005 daughter by Thee Desperado, Queen A Hearts RCA, is beginning her career as a broodmare for us as well!
Tanjara’s 2009 foal was Alia Tifla RCA, a chestnut filly by Thee Desperado.
